Focus on the positive

♥ Sometimes it feels like there are "not enough hours in the day" that's probably because 50% of the time we do things we really do not want to do. Either do them and change the feeling of the task, focus on it's positive aspect (it has one, find it) or don't do it. We own time it does not own us :o) xxx

Sometimes the reason why we feel 'emotional pain' in a relationship is because our Soul is sending up a flare that we are accepting something that is not right for us. Be it the person, the situation or the behaviour...pay attention.
