Blustery day xxx

What a contrast to yesterday weather wise. As I watch form my ivory tower, I can see the movement in the air, I can feel the cleansing of the rains, blustery and determined to clear all that is no longer needed. I watch the energies in the air seeking, moving and clearing relentlessly, as we ask so we are given...change is inevitable <3 xxx

  so my first video and my learning is make sure the counter is at the bottom of the screen  lol still posting it, perfection comes through practice ;o)

Day 3

Sometimes things can be intense

I updated my fbook last Wednesday with the words ' sometimes a girls just needs a hug' after a series of bizarre happenings that for the first time since moving to Eastbourne left me feeling quite alone. The feeling lasted for about 6hours and was very intense. I allowed the feeling. The following day a friend posted this:- 


'Extreme emotions? feeling like you are the happiest person alive one day & then the most depressed the next?...it's ok, you are NOT going crazy! Many people are 'awakening' and walking the spiritual path, & combined with the quickening energy shift of the planet, we are being transformed & many light-workers are experiencing this huge 'shift' on a very deep level causing extreme emotions..more info coming soon!'

'The energy of the planet is shifting rapidly & we are all being encouraged to take extra care of ourselves & to allow these changes to happen naturally. 


However, many of the light workers who are being called upon to help guide these powerful changes, & lead the way forward, are experiencing now more than ever, uprooting of any of their old patterning & ways which no longer serve them. Ghosts from the past coming up to be dealt with, extreme emotions & vulnerability, the feeling of abandonment & unworthiness. These are the old patterns which are coming up to be dealt with. However there doesn't appear to be much telling us exactly how to deal with it!. 


I have been guided to create some guidance to help everyone through this transitional period. I will let you all know more as it is unfolding!. 


Just know you are NOT crazy & you are NOT alone...it is part of the process & journey & it is all a ride! xxx

I know changes are happening and I know they can be intense however it was great to have things confirmed in this way and to know I wasn't the only one.

Changing my thoughts about men

Where my vibration is with men is often reflected in the men I meet. I have some work to do, its not them that need to change it's my thoughts about them
