This scale is from the book Ask and it is given by Esther and Gerry Hicks. When I decided to add it to my blog I had just moved from number 10 to 9. After writing (now) I am currently at number 7. I was at some point today, at number 22(I did this on purpose) I have learnt that it really helps to move yourself up the scale, simply by reaching for the best feeling thought you can find, by petting your dog, cat or partner *giggle, or doing something else. Like listening to this 
Nothing is more in important than that I feel good...nothing is more important than that you feel good too...remember that...it's sooo important :o) feeling good helps others to feel good too.
