I updated my fbook last Wednesday with the words ' sometimes a girls just needs a hug' after a series of bizarre happenings that for the first time since moving to Eastbourne left me feeling quite alone. The feeling lasted for about 6hours and was very intense. I allowed the feeling. The following day a friend posted this:-
'Extreme emotions? feeling like you are the happiest person alive one day & then the most depressed the next?...it's ok, you are NOT going crazy! Many people are 'awakening' and walking the spiritual path, & combined with the quickening energy shift of the planet, we are being transformed & many light-workers are experiencing this huge 'shift' on a very deep level causing extreme emotions..more info coming soon!'

I know changes are happening and I know they can be intense however it was great to have things confirmed in this way and to know I wasn't the only one.
