I have been London/Enfield this weekend...celebrating birthdays and get togethers, so now need to catch up on my days missed from here.
On Sat I celebrated...
...acknowledging the feeling of anger that arose within, I was not sure what it was, as I had been trained (as it were) to see it as wrong and not allowed.
...knowing who I could go to, to rel-ease my rage without being soothed or having the situation explained away...a space to express.
...getting ready for a night out, it's fun to beautify myself.
...dancing Salsa to old school R&B and lovers...smooth moves.
...having fun with friends, it's good to catch up.
