It's just a role xxx

It's been quite a year, lots of changes, transformations and unearthing of buried emotions and feelings. Emotions buried as a way to cope, deal with or get through what was happening at the time, to carrying on DOING the parent, daughter/son, wife/husband, employee/employer upstanding member of society etc 'ROLE'. We sometimes get lost in our 'roles' completely losing who we truly are, at a soul level...heart space. My intention for 2012 is to return to my heart space more and not get lost in my 'role' here on Earth, it is my wish for all in the world too. We are after all humanBEINGS not humanDOINGS
